How to set up Terms and Condition for my Selar Store?

Introduction:

Thank you for choosing Selar as your platform for selling products or services. We understand that having clear and transparent policies is crucial for both you and your customers. In this guide, we will walk you through the process of setting up your Delivery and Refund Policy using the Legal Pages area on your dashboard. Settings Link

Step 1: Log In

Visit www.selar.co and log in to your account using your credentials

Step 2: Access Your Creator Profile Dashboard

Once logged in, click on the 3 hamburger sign on the top right of your screen to access the dropdown menu.



Step 3: Navigate to Settings and click on it to reveal the dropdown



Step 4: Locate the Legal Pages settings Link



Step 5: Click on "Create Legal Page" tab

Now, select which type of legal page yo wish to create. We currently have 4 page types which are: Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms and Condition



Step 6: Fill or write up your legal terms (Ensure these covers your timeline for returns and refund)

Use this space to clearly outline your delivery process, including shipping times, methods, and any additional details that your customers need to know.
For refunds, specify under what circumstances refunds are offered, the process for requesting a refund, and any relevant timelines.

Step 7: Save Changes

After editing your policy, don't forget to click "Save Changes" to ensure your new policy is applied.
