Why have I not recieved my Payout?

We currently have varying timelines for our payouts depending on the currencies you sold in , for payments received in

Nigerian Naira (NGN): The funds are available to you a day (24 hours) after the sale

Ghana Cedi (GHS): The funds are available to you 4 days after the sale

Kenyan Shilling (KES): The funds are available to you 4 days after the sale

Tanzanian Shilling (TZS): The funds are available to you 4 days after the sale

South African Rands (ZAR): The funds are available to you 5 days after the sale

US Dollars (USD): The funds are available to you 10* days after the sale

British Pounds (GBP): The funds are available to you 10* days after the sale

Central Africa CFA franc(XAF): The funds are available to you 5 days after the sale

West African CFA franc (XOF): The funds are available to you 5 days after the sale

Rwandan Franc (RWF): The funds are available to you 5 days after the sale
