How to manually give access to your course on Selar

If you have a customer who made a payment outside of Selar and you wish to grant them access to their purchase on the Selar platform, follow these two simple steps:

Step 1: Grant Access via Email

Create a 100% discount coupon: Generate a coupon that offers a 100% discount on the course.

Enter customer details on your store page: On your store page, input the customer's email address and name. Apply the coupon to their purchase. This action will trigger an email to be sent to the customer, containing a link for accessing the course.

Note: After making the payment on behalf of the customer using the coupon, refrain from clicking the link on the receipt page. Simply complete the payment process, and the customer will receive an email with the access link.

Step 2: Add Students in Bulk or Individually -

Visit https://selar.co/me/products : Go to this URL to access your products on Selar.

- Select the specific product: Identify the course for which you wish to grant access. Click on the three dots located in front of the product details.

 Manage Students

- Choose the method of adding students: In the options presented, select whether you want to add students in bulk or individually. This choice is highlighted in the image below.

Bulk Upload

- Download the sample CSV file: Download the provided sample CSV file. Ensure that you follow the headers provided and enter the necessary student/customer details, including Full Name and Email. Mobile number is optional.

 - Once you have completed the CSV, click the circled button Select CSV

- Wait for student details to show: After uploading the CSV, wait for the student details to appear on Selar. The platform will display the uploaded students' information, and the page will show the "UPLOAD CSV" button.

Upload

- Verify successful upload: Confirm that the student details have been successfully added by checking the student area, which will be updated with the newly added students' information. New students
 
ALL NEWLY ADDED USERS WILL RECIEVE THEIR ACCESS LINK IN THEIR MAILBOX once these step is completed.
 Beware of invalid data error as shown below, if you get this error, the students will not be added successfully, you need to re-edit your CSV file from your computer
