Understanding Payout Statuses

Dear creators,

Quick update: We've temporarily adjusted our payout schedule. While you can receive payouts on the expected day, the exact timing may slightly vary. Also, weekend payouts may be delayed due to banking operations.

To know your payout status, go to the payout page on your Selar dashboard.

Here's what the payout statuses mean:

Successful: Your payment has been sent to your bank account or wallet.
On-hold: Your payout is temporarily held up, possibly due to incomplete bank setup or verification. Contact support for assistance.
Pending: Your scheduled payout is en route; expect it within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
Processing: Your payout is being processed and will reach you soon.

If your payout reads “successful” on your payout page and you have not been credited, kindly contact our support team using the chat widget on your Selar dashboard or any of our social media platforms, and we will resolve it immediately.
