Understanding Payout Statuses


Please note:

While you can still receive payouts on the expected day, the exact timing may vary. Additionally, weekend payouts may be delayed due to banking operations.
To check your payout status, visit the payout page on your Selar dashboard.

Payout Status Meanings:

  • Successful: Your payment has been sent to your bank account or wallet.
  • On-hold: Your payout is temporarily held up, possibly due to incomplete bank setup or verification. Contact support for assistance.
  • Pending: Your scheduled payout is en route; expect it within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
  • Processing: Your payout is being processed and will reach you soon.

If your payout shows “successful” on your payout page but you have not received the funds, please contact our support team using the chat widget on your Selar dashboard or reach out through our social media platforms, and we will resolve it immediately.
