KYC (Know Your Customer) Process for Reactivating Your Selar Account

Hello there!

Every now and then, our compliance team conducts reviews of businesses on Selar to ensure they comply with our terms and conditions. Your wallet may have been temporarily frozen as part of this review process due to the need for KYC/B (Know Your Customer/Business) verification based on your business type.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that your frozen wallet may have caused. Please be aware that this review is a one-time process for your Selar Store.

To reactivate your Selar Wallet, please follow these guidelines and requirements for completing the KYC/B process:

Business Information

Provide accurate information about your business, including its name, address, registration number, type of business, verifiable website URL, and links to your social media pages.

Business Documents
Upload the following documents:

- A certificate of incorporation
- A tax identification number (TIN)
- A utility bill or bank statement as proof of your business's address

Signatories Information
Provide information about the signatories who are authorized to act on behalf of your business. This includes their:
- Full name
- BVN (Bank Verification Number)
- Position within the company
- Email address
- Phone number

Signatories Documents
For each signatory, please upload the following documents:
- A valid government-issued identification card, such as a passport or driver's license
- A selfie holding the identification card to verify the identity of the signatories

Business Links
- Website and Social Media links for your business or yourself
Please note that this will be checked to verifiy the services or Products that you sell on Selar.

Must I submit all these documents? No, kindly provide as many as possible as this will be used in reviewing your business and Identity.
Review and Approval

Once you have provided all the necessary information and documents, our team will review your application.
We will notify you of our decision. If everything is in order, we will approve your account, and you will regain full access to our platform to withdraw funds and sell your products.
